MONIKA BADILLO

(Executive Producer)

Monika Badillo is one of the Executive Producers of “Liv’N DiverseCity” News Magazine Show.

As well as the Vice President of Ness4Jay Entertainment, and C.E.O. of her own Entertainment company GuateMex Productions.

As second in command Badillo is one of the head writer’s, and in charge of the shows story rundown, lining up stories and segments, making quick, snap decisions pertaining to the show.

Monika began paving the road to her television career when she interned at Citi Cable Channel 3 News. While at Channel 3, she was brought onto the popular hit teen show “Teen Talk” groomed in writing teases, setting up interviews, and location scouting, all aspects of producing.

Within four months she moved up to Segment Producer this position allowed Monika to write, and produce specific segments for the teen reporters and go out in the field with them. From that position she moved up to Associate Line Producer and began to line up segments and conduct in studio junket interviews with other talent and people in the segments, for each show.

Monika did such a top notch job she climbed the ladder again and became Co-Executive Producer of “Teen Talk” where she created the Teen Talk Rundown, wrote the entire show wraps and script and picked the topic of which the show would be centered around.

In 2004 Monika left Teen Talk and took on a new assignment with Univision Television Network Channel 58.

Monika is also in development to start a new music show “ReVerb”

Monika Badillo received her bacholers degree from Loyola Marymount in Communication Studies and Spanish.
